- Carbide tool offers long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, and it is higher hardness but is more brittle. Carbide material with good cutting performance, can ensure high work efficiency.
- Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting and no glitches. Chip removal is not easy to stick to the tool.
- Used on machining centers, CNC lathes. Adapt to several kinds of cooling conditions, such as oil mist, water, oil, air cooling. It is not recommended to be used with a hand drill. Hand drill is easy to shake, poor stability, which makes drill bit easy to twist off.
